Inaugural Touch for Health 5-Elements Metaphors Class

During the weekend of November 4th and 5th, 12 Touch for Health students participated in the Okanagan’s first Touch for Health 5-Elements Metaphors class.  Touch for Health Instructor Holly Berezowski hosted the class at Happily Holistic and had this to say in a follow-up email with participants:

“I just wanted to say a huge thank you again for such a great weekend!  You were such a fantastic class and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the class.
Today at work I found the metaphors flying fast and furious.  I hope you are seeing the same thing in your lives.” – Holly

I attended the class myself with a great mix of people.  We worked in groups to come up with metaphors and delve further into the 5-Element Metaphors and what they meant to us.  At the end of each day, we did balances on each other and saw profound results within the class.  There were so many laughs, smiles and tears in this class that I get choked up as I write this post.

The course to me felt like a “2 for the price of 1”.  Not only did we learn new methods to take our Touch for Health balances deeper, we also had the added benefit of the balances we did on each other as part of the course.

“I can definitely see myself using this daily, both in conversations with others as well as with myself.” T.R.S. Touch for Health Practitioner, Kelowna, BC

Although we have not officially announced a date for the next Touch for Health 5-Element Metaphors Class, you can email or phone the office to have yourself added to the class list for Spring 2013.
